The house was first-class: an historical monument that existed before Johann Sebastian Bach was even born. At the backside (where the apartment is situated) one looks upon a big inner garden with much light, plants, trees, fresh air. No noise -except for the birds.

The perfect bed. I remembered that particular pain in my back all too well: again a mattress was either too cheap or too old or both. I also remembered the nights that my beloved was separated from me by a cold gap because the double was actually not more than two beds slided together. My intention was to construct the perfect king size double bed that when needed could be split into two as comfortable single beds.

The accommodation definitely had to be clean, functional and comfortable: bathroom, well functioning shower, a modern kitchen with all basic equipment, free internet, TV, heating in wintertime.

The appartment should have its own privacy: own entrance, own bathroom and own kitchen. But there should be an understanding person around on the moment that you wanted help, needed answers upon questions or just someone to share your experiences with when you felt you would like to do so.

Last but not least, the apartment should have moderate rates.
